Best Smoothie Recipe for Kids (and Healthiest)

I love smoothies. The very best tasting to me are all-natural ingredients. With this recipe, I even figured out what to do with all of that fruit that was going bad. I dump it in the freezer for my smoothies. When there's leftover smoothies, I use it to make popsicles. I've been using this recipe for my daughter since she was two-years old. She still loves it. Now she even loves making it too.
